About Me
I started Pottery in August 2022 I have always been into being creative making things by hand. Sculpting dolls I did for many years before Pottery and when I was little I used to make cardboard beds for my Cat.
I live in the UK with my family and my Cats and Tortoise called Fred. I do enjoy gardening and photography.
All my work is one of a kind handmade and cooked in my Kiln in my home studio.
My Pottery
I make all kinds of things. I love to try everything. My favourite things to make are Soap dishes and spooky Ghosts. I use a clay called Earthenware I make something then it has to dry out for a few weeks before going in the Kiln once the 1st cook is done I can then paint it. I use under glazes and glazes pre-mixed paints, Jungle gems glazes are my favourite glazes and crackling ones. After I paint them they go back into the kiln to be cooked again then they are finished.
